John 15:19-21

19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
20 Remember the word that I said unto you, (A)The servant is not greater than his master. (B)If they have persecuted me, they will persecute you also: if they have kept my word, they will also keep yours.
21 [a]But (C)all these things will they do unto you for my Name’s sake, because they have not known him that sent me.

19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you(A) out of the world. That is why the world hates you.(B) 20 Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’[a](C) If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also.(D) If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also. 21 They will treat you this way because of my name,(E) for they do not know the one who sent me.(F)
