New American Standard Bible 1995
15 No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for (A)all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you. 16 (B)You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and (C)bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that (D)whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. 17 This (E)I command you, that you love one another.

New International Version
15 I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.(A) 16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you(B) so that you might go and bear fruit(C)—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.(D) 17 This is my command: Love each other.(E)
