38 That the saying of Isaiah the Prophet might be fulfilled, that he said, (A)Lord, who believed our report? and to whom is the [a]arm of the Lord revealed?

39 Therefore could they not believe, because that Isaiah saith again,

40 (B)He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart, that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
