¹¹ Surely he recognizes deceivers;
    and when he sees evil, does he not take note?^(A)

⁵ Commit your way to the Lord;
    trust in him^(A) and he will do this:

⁵ A father to the fatherless,^(A) a defender of widows,^(B)
    is God in his holy dwelling.^(C)

⁵⁶ A destroyer^(A) will come against Babylon;
    her warriors will be captured,
    and their bows will be broken.^(B)
For the Lord is a God of retribution;
    he will repay^(C) in full.
