16 So the poor(A) have hope,
    and injustice shuts its mouth.(B)

17 “Blessed is the one whom God corrects;(C)
    so do not despise the discipline(D) of the Almighty.[a](E)
18 For he wounds, but he also binds up;(F)
    he injures, but his hands also heal.(G)
