⁸Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.

And sow trouble reap the same.

²⁰For the terrible one is brought to nought, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off:

^(A)The scornful one is consumed,

¹⁵Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

¹⁵Then, ^(A)when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, ^(B)brings forth death.
