²⁹Who can understand how he spreads out the clouds,

²⁹Also can any understand the spreadings of the clouds, or the noise of his tabernacle?

²⁹Indeed, can anyone understand the spreading of clouds,
The thunder from His canopy?

²The Lord wraps^(A) himself in light^(B) as with a garment;
he stretches^(C) out the heavens^(D) like a tent^(E)

²Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
