International Standard Version
2 Seven sons and three daughters had been born to him. 3 His livestock included 7,000 sheep, 3,000 camels, 500 teams[a] of oxen, 500 female donkeys, and many servants. Indeed, the man’s stature greatly exceeded that of many people who lived in the East. 4 His sons used to travel to each other’s houses in turn on a regular schedule and hold festivals, inviting their three sisters to celebrate[b] with them.

2 He had seven sons(A) and three daughters,(B) 3 and he owned seven thousand sheep, three thousand camels, five hundred yoke of oxen and five hundred donkeys,(C) and had a large number of servants.(D) He was the greatest man(E) among all the people of the East.(F)
4 His sons used to hold feasts(G) in their homes on their birthdays, and they would invite their three sisters to eat and drink with them.
