12 For thus says Yahweh, “Behold, those who are not under judgment to drink the (A)cup will certainly drink it, but are you the one who will go (B)completely unpunished? You will not go unpunished, but you will certainly drink it. 13 For I have (C)sworn by Myself,” declares Yahweh, “that (D)Bozrah will become an (E)object of horror, a reproach, a ruin, and an imprecation; and all its cities will become perpetual [a]ruins.”
14 I have (F)heard a message from Yahweh,
And an (G)envoy is sent among the nations, saying,
“(H)Gather yourselves together and come against her,
And rise up for battle!”

12 This is what the Lord says: “If those who do not deserve to drink the cup(A) must drink it, why should you go unpunished?(B) You will not go unpunished, but must drink it. 13 I swear(C) by myself,” declares the Lord, “that Bozrah(D) will become a ruin and a curse,[a] an object of horror(E) and reproach;(F) and all its towns will be in ruins forever.”(G)
14 I have heard a message from the Lord;
an envoy was sent to the nations to say,
“Assemble yourselves to attack it!
Rise up for battle!”
