Jeremiah 46:16-18

16 He made many stumble, (A)and they fell,
    and they said one to another,
‘Arise, and let us go back to our own people
    and to the land of our birth,
    (B)because of the sword of the oppressor.’
17 Call the name of (C)Pharaoh, king of Egypt,
    ‘Noisy one who lets the hour go by.’
18 (D)“As I live, declares the King,
    (E)whose name is the Lord of hosts,
like (F)Tabor among the mountains
    and like (G)Carmel by the sea, shall one come.

16 They will stumble(A) repeatedly;
    they will fall(B) over each other.
They will say, ‘Get up, let us go back
    to our own people(C) and our native lands,
    away from the sword of the oppressor.’(D)
17 There they will exclaim,
    ‘Pharaoh king of Egypt is only a loud noise;(E)
    he has missed his opportunity.(F)’

18 “As surely as I live,” declares the King,(G)
    whose name is the Lord Almighty,
“one will come who is like Tabor(H) among the mountains,
    like Carmel(I) by the sea.
