15 Why has Apis, your bull god, fled in terror? Because the Lord knocked him down before your enemies. 16 Vast multitudes fall in heaps. (Then the remnant of the Jews will say, “Come, let us return again to Judah where we were born and get away from all this slaughter here!”)
17 Rename Pharaoh Hophra and call him “The Man with No Power but with Plenty of Noise!”

15 Why will your warriors be laid low?
They cannot stand, for the Lord will push them down.(A)
16 They will stumble(B) repeatedly;
they will fall(C) over each other.
They will say, ‘Get up, let us go back
to our own people(D) and our native lands,
away from the sword of the oppressor.’(E)
17 There they will exclaim,
‘Pharaoh king of Egypt is only a loud noise;(F)
he has missed his opportunity.(G)’
