Jeremiah 41:9-11

9 Now the cistern into which Ishmael had thrown all the bodies of the men whom he had struck down was the large cistern[a] that King Asa had made for defense against King Baasha of Israel; Ishmael son of Nethaniah filled that cistern with those whom he had killed. 10 Then Ishmael took captive all the rest of the people who were in Mizpah, the king’s daughters and all the people who were left at Mizpah, whom Nebuzaradan, the captain of the guard, had committed to Gedaliah son of Ahikam. Ishmael son of Nethaniah took them captive and set out to cross over to the Ammonites.
11 But when Johanan son of Kareah and all the leaders of the forces with him heard of all the crimes that Ishmael son of Nethaniah had done,

9 Now the cistern where he threw all the bodies of the men he had killed along with Gedaliah was the one King Asa(A) had made as part of his defense(B) against Baasha(C) king of Israel. Ishmael son of Nethaniah filled it with the dead.
10 Ishmael made captives of all the rest of the people(D) who were in Mizpah—the king’s daughters(E) along with all the others who were left there, over whom Nebuzaradan commander of the imperial guard had appointed Gedaliah son of Ahikam. Ishmael son of Nethaniah took them captive and set out to cross over to the Ammonites.(F)
11 When Johanan(G) son of Kareah and all the army officers who were with him heard about all the crimes Ishmael son of Nethaniah had committed,
