Jeremiah 38:21-23
Living Bible
21-22 But if you refuse to surrender, the Lord has said that all the women left in your palace will be brought out and given to the officers of the Babylonian army; and these women will taunt you with bitterness. ‘Fine friends you have,’ they’ll say, ‘those Egyptians. They have betrayed you and left you to your fate!’ 23 All your wives and children will be led out to the Babylonians, and you will not escape. You will be seized by the king of Babylon, and this city will be burned.”

New International Version
21 But if you refuse to surrender, this is what the Lord has revealed to me: 22 All the women(A) left in the palace of the king of Judah will be brought out to the officials of the king of Babylon. Those women will say to you:
“‘They misled you and overcame you—
those trusted friends(B) of yours.
Your feet are sunk in the mud;(C)
your friends have deserted you.’
23 “All your wives and children(D) will be brought out to the Babylonians. You yourself will not escape(E) from their hands but will be captured(F) by the king of Babylon; and this city will[a] be burned down.”(G)
