2 But neither he nor his servants nor the people of the land listened to the words of the Lord that he spoke through the prophet Jeremiah.
3 King Zedekiah sent Jehucal son of Shelemiah and the priest Zephaniah son of Maaseiah to the prophet Jeremiah saying, ‘Please pray for us to the Lord our God.’ 4 Now Jeremiah was still going in and out among the people, for he had not yet been put in prison.

2 Neither he nor his attendants nor the people of the land paid any attention(A) to the words the Lord had spoken through Jeremiah the prophet.
3 King Zedekiah, however, sent(B) Jehukal(C) son of Shelemiah with the priest Zephaniah(D) son of Maaseiah to Jeremiah the prophet with this message: “Please pray(E) to the Lord our God for us.”
4 Now Jeremiah was free to come and go among the people, for he had not yet been put in prison.(F)

3 And Zedekiah the king sent Jehucal the son of Shelemiah and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah the priest to the prophet Jeremiah, saying, Pray now unto the Lord our God for us.
4 Now Jeremiah came in and went out among the people: for they had not put him into prison.
