3 (A)It may be that the house of Judah will hear all the disaster that I intend to do to them, (B)so that every one may turn from his evil way, and (C)that I may forgive their iniquity and their sin.”

3 Perhaps(A) when the people of Judah hear(B) about every disaster I plan to inflict on them, they will each turn(C) from their wicked ways; then I will forgive(D) their wickedness and their sin.”
4 So Jeremiah called Baruch(E) son of Neriah,(F) and while Jeremiah dictated(G) all the words the Lord had spoken to him, Baruch wrote them on the scroll.(H) 5 Then Jeremiah told Baruch, “I am restricted; I am not allowed to go to the Lord’s temple.
