11 For Yahweh has (A)ransomed Jacob
And redeemed him from the hand of him who was (B)stronger than he.
12 “They will (C)come and sing for joy on the (D)height of Zion,
And they will be (E)radiant over the goodness of Yahweh—
Over the (F)grain and the new wine and the oil,
And over the young of the (G)flock and the herd;
And their soul will be like a (H)watered garden,
And they will (I)never waste away again.
13 Then the virgin will be glad in the (J)dance,
And the young men and the old, together,
For I will (K)turn their mourning into joy
And will comfort them and give them (L)gladness for their sorrow.

12 They will come and shout for joy(C) on the heights(D) of Zion;
    they will rejoice in the bounty(E) of the Lord
the grain, the new wine and the olive oil,(F)
    the young of the flocks(G) and herds.
They will be like a well-watered garden,(H)
    and they will sorrow(I) no more.
13 Then young women will dance and be glad,
    young men and old as well.
I will turn their mourning(J) into gladness;
    I will give them comfort(K) and joy(L) instead of sorrow.
