21 Their nobles shall be from among them,
(A)And their governor shall come from their midst;
Then I will (B)cause him to draw near,
And he shall approach Me;
For who is this who pledged his heart to approach Me?’ says the Lord.
22 ‘You shall be (C)My people,
And I will be your God.’ ”
23 Behold, the (D)whirlwind of the Lord
Goes forth with fury,
A [a]continuing whirlwind;
It will fall violently on the head of the wicked.

to be close to me?’

23 See, the storm(F) of the Lord
will burst out in wrath,
a driving wind swirling down
on the heads of the wicked.
