10 ‘Therefore (A)do not fear, O My servant Jacob,’ says the Lord,
‘Nor be dismayed, O Israel;
For behold, I will save you from afar,
And your seed (B)from the land of their captivity.
Jacob shall return, have rest and be quiet,
And no one shall make him afraid.
11 For I am with (C)you,’ says the Lord, ‘to save you;
(D)Though I make a full end of all nations where I have scattered you,
(E)Yet I will not make a complete end of you.
But I will correct you (F)in justice,
And will not let you go altogether unpunished.’
12 “For thus says the Lord:
(G)‘Your affliction is incurable,
Your wound is severe.

do not be dismayed, Israel,’
declares the Lord.
‘I will surely save(C) you out of a distant place,
your descendants from the land of their exile.
Jacob will again have peace and security,(D)
and no one will make him afraid.(E)
11 I am with you(F) and will save you,’
declares the Lord.
‘Though I completely destroy all the nations
among which I scatter you,
I will not completely destroy(G) you.
I will discipline(H) you but only in due measure;
I will not let you go entirely unpunished.’(I)
