12 “Therefore(A) their way shall be to them
Like slippery ways;
In the darkness they shall be driven on
And fall in them;
For I (B)will bring disaster on them,
The year of their punishment,” says the Lord.
13 “And I have seen [a]folly in the prophets of Samaria:
(C)They prophesied by Baal
And (D)caused My people Israel to err.
14 Also I have seen a horrible thing in the prophets of Jerusalem:
(E)They commit adultery and walk in lies;
They also (F)strengthen the hands of evildoers,
So that no one turns back from his wickedness.
All of them are like (G)Sodom to Me,
And her inhabitants like Gomorrah.

13 “Among the prophets of Samaria
I saw this repulsive thing:
They prophesied by Baal(C)
and led my people Israel astray.(D)
14 And among the prophets of Jerusalem
I have seen something horrible:(E)
They commit adultery and live a lie.(F)

so that not one of them turns from their wickedness.(H)
They are all like Sodom(I) to me;
