And they have (B)made his land a waste;
His cities have been destroyed, without inhabitant.
16 “Also the [b]men of (C)Memphis and Tahpanhes
Have [c]shaved the (D)crown of your head.
17 “Have you not (E)done this to yourself
By your forsaking the Lord your God
When He (F)led you in the way?
