Jeremiah 17:6-8

6 For he shall be like [a]the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh, but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, a salt land and not inhabited. 7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in Jehovah, and whose trust Jehovah is. 8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, that spreadeth out its roots by the river, and shall not [b]fear when heat cometh, but its leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

Jeremiah 17:6-8
New International Version
6 That person will be like a bush in the wastelands;
they will not see prosperity when it comes.
They will dwell in the parched places(A) of the desert,
in a salt(B) land where no one lives.
7 “But blessed(C) is the one who trusts(D) in the Lord,
whose confidence is in him.
8 They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.(E)
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought(F)
and never fails to bear fruit.”(G)
