¹⁷ The Lord of hosts, who ^(A)planted you, has ^(B)pronounced evil against you because of the evil of the house of Israel and of the house of Judah, which they have ^[a]done to provoke Me by ^[b](C)offering up sacrifices to Baal.

⁴¹ I will ^(A)rejoice over them to do them good and will ^[a]faithfully ^(B)plant them in this land with ^(C)all My heart and with all My soul.

²³ On the high mountain of Israel I will plant it, that it may bring forth boughs and bear fruit and become a stately ^(A)cedar. And birds of every ^[a]kind will ^[b]nest under it; they will ^[c]nest in the shade of its branches.
