James 2:7-9
Good News Translation
7 They are the ones who speak evil of that good name which has been given to you.
8 (A)You will be doing the right thing if you obey the law of the Kingdom, which is found in the scripture, “Love your neighbor as you love yourself.” 9 But if you treat people according to their outward appearance, you are guilty of sin, and the Law condemns you as a lawbreaker.

7 Are they not the ones who are blaspheming the noble name of him to whom you belong?
8 If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,”[a](A) you are doing right. 9 But if you show favoritism,(B) you sin and are convicted by the law as lawbreakers.(C)
