¹⁸ “Thus says the Lord:

²⁸ And it shall come to pass, that as I have ^(A)watched over them ^(B)to pluck up, to break down, to throw down, to destroy, and to afflict, so I will watch over them ^(C)to build and to plant, says the Lord.

Israel’s Future Blessing

²⁵ ‘Thus says the Lord God: “When I have ^(A)gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and am ^(B)hallowed in them in the sight of the Gentiles, then they will dwell in their own land which I gave to My servant Jacob. ²⁶ And they will ^(C)dwell ^[a]safely there, ^(D)build houses, and ^(E)plant vineyards; yes, they will dwell securely, when I execute judgments on all those around them who despise them. Then they shall know that I am the Lord their God.” ’ ”

¹³ And ^(A)I will bring them out from the peoples and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land; I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, ^[a]in the valleys and in all the inhabited places of the country. ^14 (B)I will feed them in good pasture, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Israel. ^(C)There they shall lie down in a good fold and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel.
