¹² As for My people, children are their oppressors,
And women rule over them.
O My people! ^(A)Those who lead you ^[a]cause you to err,
And destroy the way of your paths.”

¹³ The Lord stands up ^(A)to ^[a]plead,
And stands to judge the people.

^34 (A)Their Redeemer is strong;
^(B)The Lord of hosts is His name.
He will thoroughly plead their ^(C)case,
That He may give rest to the land,
And disquiet the inhabitants of Babylon.
