²¹ Manasseh devours Ephraim, and Ephraim devours Manasseh;
    together they are ^(A)against Judah.
^(B)For all this his anger has not turned away,
    and his hand is stretched out still.

^13 (A)The jealousy of Ephraim shall depart,
    and those who harass Judah shall be cut off;
Ephraim shall not be jealous of Judah,
    and Judah shall not harass Ephraim.
