15 the elders(A) and dignitaries(B) are the head,
    the prophets(C) who teach lies(D) are the tail.
16 Those who guide(E) this people mislead them,
    and those who are guided are led astray.(F)

10 They have returned to the sins of their ancestors,(A) who refused to listen to my words.(B) They have followed other gods(C) to serve them.(D) Both Israel and Judah have broken the covenant(E) I made with their ancestors. 11 Therefore this is what the Lord says: ‘I will bring on them a disaster(F) they cannot escape.(G) Although they cry(H) out to me, I will not listen(I) to them. 12 The towns of Judah and the people of Jerusalem will go and cry out to the gods to whom they burn incense,(J) but they will not help them at all when disaster(K) strikes. 13 You, Judah, have as many gods(L) as you have towns;(M) and the altars you have set up to burn incense(N) to that shameful(O) god Baal are as many as the streets of Jerusalem.’

They are all like Sodom(E) to me;
