19 So shall they fear the Name of the Lord from the West, and his glory from the rising of the Sun; for the enemy shall [a]come like a flood; but the Spirit of the Lord shall chase him away.

20 And the Redeemer shall come unto Zion, and unto [b]them that turn from iniquity in Jacob, saith the Lord.

21 And I will make this my Covenant with them, saith the Lord, My Spirit that is upon thee, and my words, which I have put in thy mouth, [c]shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of the seed of thy seed, saith the Lord, from henceforth even forever.
