And they made his grave with the wicked, and with a rich man in his death; [a]although he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it pleased Jehovah to bruise him; he hath [b]put him to grief: [c]when thou shalt make his soul [d]an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of Jehovah shall prosper in his hand. 11 [e]He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: [f]by the knowledge of himself shall my righteous servant [g]justify many; and he shall bear their iniquities.

    and though the Lord makes[a] his life an offering for sin,(H)
he will see his offspring(I) and prolong his days,
    and the will of the Lord will prosper(J) in his hand.
11 After he has suffered,(K)
    he will see the light(L) of life[b] and be satisfied[c];
by his knowledge[d] my righteous servant(M) will justify(N) many,
    and he will bear their iniquities.(O)
