14 The captive exile and he who is bent down by chains shall speedily be released; and he shall not die and go down to the pit of destruction, nor shall his food fail.
15 For I am the Lord your God, Who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar and Who by rebuke restrains it—the Lord of hosts is His name.
16 And I have put My words in your mouth and have covered you with the shadow of My hand, that I may fix the [new] heavens as a tabernacle and lay the foundations of a [new] earth and say to Zion, You are My people.(A)

14 The cowering prisoners will soon be set free;(A)
they will not die in their dungeon,
nor will they lack bread.(B)
15 For I am the Lord your God,
who stirs up the sea(C) so that its waves roar(D)—
the Lord Almighty(E) is his name.
16 I have put my words in your mouth(F)
and covered you with the shadow of my hand(G)—
I who set the heavens in place,
who laid the foundations of the earth,(H)
