^19 (A)I have not spoken in secret,
In ^[a]some dark land;
I did not say to the ^(B)seed of Jacob,
‘^(C)Seek Me in ^[b]a formless place’;
I, Yahweh, ^(D)speak righteousness,
^(E)Declaring things that are upright.

³⁶ “^(A)If these statutes are removed
From before Me,” declares Yahweh,
“Then the seed of Israel also will ^(B)cease
From being a nation before Me ^[a]forever.”

“^(C)If the heavens above can be measured
And the foundations of the earth searched out below,
Then I will also ^(D)reject all the seed of Israel
For all that they have done,” declares Yahweh.
