Isaiah 32:2-4
Living Bible

2 He will shelter Israel from the storm and wind. He will refresh her as a river in the desert and as the cooling shadow of a mighty rock within a hot and weary land. 3 Then at last the eyes of Israel will open wide to God; his people will listen to his voice. 4 Even the hotheads among them will be full of sense and understanding, and those who stammer in uncertainty will speak out plainly.

New International Version

2 Each one will be like a shelter(A) from the wind
    and a refuge from the storm,(B)
like streams of water(C) in the desert(D)
    and the shadow of a great rock in a thirsty land.

3 Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed,(E)
    and the ears(F) of those who hear will listen.
4 The fearful heart will know and understand,(G)
    and the stammering tongue(H) will be fluent and clear.
