18 Therefore Yahweh will wait, that he may be gracious to you; and therefore he will be exalted, that he may have mercy on you, for Yahweh is a God of justice. Blessed are all those who wait for him. 19 For the people will dwell in Zion at Jerusalem. You will weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the voice of your cry. When he hears you, he will answer you. 20 Though the Lord may give you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, yet your teachers won’t be hidden any more, but your eyes will see your teachers;

New International Version
18 Yet the Lord longs(A) to be gracious to you;
therefore he will rise up to show you compassion.(B)
For the Lord is a God of justice.(C)
Blessed are all who wait for him!(D)
19 People of Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more.(E) How gracious he will be when you cry for help!(F) As soon as he hears, he will answer(G) you. 20 Although the Lord gives you the bread(H) of adversity and the water of affliction, your teachers(I) will be hidden(J) no more; with your own eyes you will see them.
