Isaiah 22:6-8
Good News Translation

6 The soldiers from the land of Elam came riding on horseback, armed with bows and arrows. Soldiers from the land of Kir had their shields ready. 7 The fertile valleys of Judah were filled with chariots; soldiers on horseback stood in front of Jerusalem's gates. 8 All of Judah's defenses crumbled.

When that happened, you brought weapons out of the arsenal.

New International Version

6 Elam(A) takes up the quiver,(B)
    with her charioteers and horses;
    Kir(C) uncovers the shield.
7 Your choicest valleys(D) are full of chariots,
    and horsemen are posted at the city gates.(E)

8 The Lord stripped away the defenses of Judah,
    and you looked in that day(F)
    to the weapons(G) in the Palace of the Forest.(H)
