Isaiah 2:4-6
New Life Version

4 He will judge between the nations, and will decide for many people. And they will beat their swords into plows, and their spears into knives for cutting vines. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, and they will not learn about war anymore.

The Day of the Lord

5 Come, people of Jacob. Let us walk in the light of the Lord. 6 For You have left Your people, the family of Jacob, because they are filled with the sinful ways of the East. They use secret ways to tell the future like the Philistines. And they make agreements with the children of strangers.

    and will settle disputes(B) for many peoples.
They will beat their swords into plowshares
    and their spears into pruning hooks.(C)
Nation will not take up sword against nation,(D)
    nor will they train for war anymore.

5 Come, descendants of Jacob,(E)
    let us walk in the light(F) of the Lord.

6 You, Lord, have abandoned(G) your people,
    the descendants of Jacob.(H)
They are full of superstitions from the East;
    they practice divination(I) like the Philistines(J)
    and embrace(K) pagan customs.(L)
