Modern English Version
21 The Lord shall be known to Egypt, and the Egyptians shall know the Lord in that day, and shall worship with sacrifice and offering, they shall make a vow to the Lord and perform it. 22 The Lord shall strike Egypt. He shall strike and heal it. Then they shall return to the Lord, and He shall be entreated by them and shall heal them.
23 In that day there shall be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall worship with the Assyrians.

New International Version
21 So the Lord will make himself known to the Egyptians, and in that day they will acknowledge(A) the Lord. They will worship(B) with sacrifices and grain offerings; they will make vows to the Lord and keep them.(C) 22 The Lord will strike(D) Egypt with a plague;(E) he will strike them and heal them. They will turn(F) to the Lord, and he will respond to their pleas and heal(G) them.
23 In that day(H) there will be a highway(I) from Egypt to Assyria.(J) The Assyrians will go to Egypt and the Egyptians to Assyria. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship(K) together.
