17 And the land of Judah will become a [a]terror to Egypt; everyone [b]to whom it is mentioned will be in dread of it because of the (A)counsel of Yahweh of hosts which He is counseling against them.
18 In that day five cities in the land of Egypt will be speaking the language of Canaan and (B)swearing allegiance to Yahweh of hosts; one will be called the City of [c]Destruction.
19 In that day there will be an (C)altar to Yahweh in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a (D)pillar to Yahweh near its border.

17 And the land of Judah will bring terror to the Egyptians; everyone to whom Judah is mentioned will be terrified,(A) because of what the Lord Almighty is planning(B) against them.
18 In that day(C) five cities(D) in Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance(E) to the Lord Almighty. One of them will be called the City of the Sun.[a](F)
19 In that day(G) there will be an altar(H) to the Lord in the heart of Egypt,(I) and a monument(J) to the Lord at its border.
