Isaiah 14:2-4
Complete Jewish Bible
2 Peoples will take and escort them to their homeland, and the house of Isra’el will possess them in the land of Adonai as male and female slaves. They will take their captors captive and rule over their oppressors. 3 Then, when Adonai gives you rest from your suffering and trouble and from the hard service imposed on you, 4 you will take up this taunt-song against the king of Bavel:
“At last the oppressor is stilled,
his arrogance is ended!
Isaiah 14:2-4
New International Version
2 Nations will take them
and bring(A) them to their own place.
And Israel will take possession of the nations(B)
and make them male and female servants in the Lord’s land.
They will make captives(C) of their captors
and rule over their oppressors.(D)
3 On the day the Lord gives you relief(E) from your suffering and turmoil(F) and from the harsh labor forced on you,(G) 4 you will take up this taunt(H) against the king of Babylon:(I)
