⁶ Wail, for the ^(A)day of Yahweh is near!
It will come as ^(B)destruction from ^[a]the Almighty.

⁴ Say to those with an ^(A)anxious heart,
“Be strong, fear not.
Behold, your God will come with ^(B)vengeance;
The ^(C)recompense of God will come,
But He will ^(D)save you.”

³ Your ^(A)nakedness will be uncovered;
Your reproach also will be seen;
I will ^(B)take vengeance and will not ^[a]spare a man.”

² To ^(A)proclaim the favorable year of Yahweh
And the ^(B)day of vengeance of our God,
To ^(C)comfort all who mourn,

⁴ For the ^(A)day of vengeance was in My heart,
And My year of redemption has come.
