Isaiah 1:27-29
New Life Version

27 Zion will be saved by being fair. Those who are sorry for their sins and turn from them will be saved by being right and good. 28 But wrong-doers and sinners will be crushed together. Those who turn away from the Lord will come to an end. 29 For you will be ashamed of the oaks where you worshiped. You will be ashamed of the gardens you have chosen.

New International Version

27 Zion will be delivered with justice,
    her penitent(A) ones with righteousness.(B)
28 But rebels and sinners(C) will both be broken,
    and those who forsake(D) the Lord will perish.(E)

29 “You will be ashamed(F) because of the sacred oaks(G)
    in which you have delighted;
you will be disgraced because of the gardens(H)
    that you have chosen.
