²¹ In that day,^(A) a person will keep alive a young cow and two goats.^{(B) 22} And because of the abundance of the milk they give, there will be curds to eat. All who remain in the land will eat curds^(C) and honey.^(D)

²¹ Distressed and hungry,^(A) they will roam through the land;^(B) when they are famished, they will become enraged and, looking upward, will curse^(C) their king and their God.

¹⁶ When they drink^(A) it, they will stagger^(B) and go mad^(C) because of the sword^(D) I will send among them.”
