Hosea 13:2-4
New American Standard Bible 1995
2 And now they sin more and more,
And make for themselves (A)molten images,
Idols [a](B)skillfully made from their silver,
All of them the (C)work of craftsmen.
They say of them, “Let the [b]men who sacrifice kiss the (D)calves!”
3 Therefore they will be like the (E)morning cloud
And like dew which [c]soon disappears,
Like (F)chaff which is blown away from the threshing floor
And like (G)smoke from a [d]chimney.
4 Yet I have been the (H)Lord your God
Since the land of Egypt;
And you were not to know (I)any god except Me,
For there is no savior (J)besides Me.
