Hebrews 7:18-20
New Matthew Bible
18 So then, the previous commandment is abrogated, because of its weakness and unprofitableness. 19 For the law made nothing perfect, but was a preparation for a better hope, by which hope we draw near to God.
20 And it is a better hope in that it was not promised without an oath.

18 The former regulation is set aside because it was weak and useless(A) 19 (for the law made nothing perfect),(B) and a better hope(C) is introduced, by which we draw near to God.(D)
