Hebrews 4:4-6

4 Somewhere in the Scriptures he talked about the seventh day of the week: “And on the seventh day God rested from all his work.”[a] 5 And again in the Scripture God said, “They will never enter my land of rest.”
6 It is still true that some people will enter and have God’s rest. But those who first heard the way to be saved did not enter. They did not enter because they did not obey.

4 For somewhere he has spoken about the seventh day in these words: “On the seventh day God rested from all his works.”[a](A) 5 And again in the passage above he says, “They shall never enter my rest.”(B)
6 Therefore since it still remains for some to enter that rest, and since those who formerly had the good news proclaimed to them did not go in because of their disobedience,(C)
