⁹where your fathers tested Me, tried Me,
and saw My works

Hebrews 3:9

⁹where your ancestors tested and tried me,
though for forty years they saw what I did.^(A)

³They sang the song of God’s servant Moses^(A) and the song of the Lamb:

Great and awe-inspiring are Your works,
Lord God, the Almighty;
righteous and true are Your ways,
King of the Nations.^[a]

³and sang the song of God’s servant^(A) Moses^(B) and of the Lamb:^(C)

“Great and marvelous are your deeds,^(D)
Lord God Almighty.^(E)
Just and true are your ways,^(F)
