Hebrews 2:6-8
New Testament for Everyone
6 Someone has spoken of it somewhere in these terms:
What are humans, that you should remember them?
What is the son of man, that you should take thought for him?
7 You made him a little lower than the angels,
you crowned him with glory and honor,
8 and you placed everything under his feet.
When it speaks of everything being subjected to him, it leaves nothing that is not subjected to him. As things are at present, we don’t see everything subjected to him.

Hebrews 2:6-8
New International Version
6 But there is a place where someone(A) has testified:
“What is mankind that you are mindful of them,
a son of man that you care for him?(B)
7 You made them a little[a] lower than the angels;
you crowned them with glory and honor
8 and put everything under their feet.”[b][c](C)
In putting everything under them,[d] God left nothing that is not subject to them.[e] Yet at present we do not see everything subject to them.[f]
