14 For the earth will be (A)filled
With the knowledge of the glory of Yahweh,
As the waters cover the sea.
15 “Woe to you who make [a]your neighbors drink,
Who mix in your venom even to make them drunk
So as to look on their nakedness!
16 You will be filled with disgrace rather than glory.
Now you yourself (B)drink and [b]expose your own nakedness.
The (C)cup in Yahweh’s right hand will come around to you,
And (D)utter disgrace will come upon your glory.

as the waters cover the sea.(B)
15 “Woe to him who gives drink(C) to his neighbors,
pouring it from the wineskin till they are drunk,
so that he can gaze on their naked bodies!
16 You will be filled with shame(D) instead of glory.(E)
Now it is your turn! Drink(F) and let your nakedness be exposed[a]!(G)
The cup(H) from the Lord’s right hand is coming around to you,
and disgrace will cover your glory.
