4 (A)[a]But flesh with the life thereof, I mean, with the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.
5 [b]For surely I will require your blood, wherein your lives are: at the hands of every beast will I require it: and at the hand of man, even at the hand of a man’s [c]brother will I require the life of man.
6 Who so (B)sheddeth man’s blood, [d]by man shall his blood be shed: (C)for in the [e]image of God hath he made man.
