11 ¶ In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the [a]second month, the seventeenth day of the month, in the same day were all the [b]fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened,
12 And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.
13 In the selfsame day entered Noah with Shem, and Ham and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah’s wife, and the three wives of his sons with them into the Ark.

11 In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life,(A) on the seventeenth day of the second month(B)—on that day all the springs of the great deep(C) burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens(D) were opened. 12 And rain fell on the earth forty days and forty nights.(E)
13 On that very day Noah and his sons,(F) Shem, Ham and Japheth, together with his wife and the wives of his three sons, entered the ark.(G)
