29 If you take this one also from me, and harm befalls him, you will bring down my gray hairs in sorrow to Sheol.’ 30 Now therefore, when I come to your servant my father, and the lad is not with us, then, as his life is bound up in the lad’s life, 31 when he sees that the lad is not with us, he will die; and your servants will bring down the gray hairs of your servant our father with sorrow to Sheol.

30 “So now, if the boy is not with us when I go back to your servant my father,(C) and if my father, whose life is closely bound up with the boy’s life,(D) 31 sees that the boy isn’t there, he will die.(E) Your servants(F) will bring the gray head of our father down to the grave(G) in sorrow.
